Candidate will be responsible for answering switchboard, routing calls, and taking
messages. This position also provides support to other departments by proofing documents, filing and verifying schedule
of conference room. Must have good customer service skills, basic computer experience, be able to work unsupervised and the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday, day shift schedule. Located in Belmont, N.H.
Candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, processing
mail, filing and data entry.
Must possess good phone skills and computer experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
